UAS OPERATIONS & PROJECT LEAD
Your responsibility
As UAS Operations & Project Lead, you will take ownership of customer project delivery and operational deployment of Xer’s hybrid UAV systems worldwide. You will coordinate project execution from contract signature to final delivery, ensuring smooth transitions between planning, integration, testing, and customer field deployments.
SENIOR UAS PILOT & TECHNICIAN
Your responsibility
As Senior UAS Pilot & Technician, you will play a central role in executing flight missions, demonstrations, and field deployments of Xer’s hybrid UAV systems. You will take responsibility for preparing, configuring, and operating the aircraft in demanding environments to ensure safe and reliable mission execution.
UAS MECHANIC – ASSEMBLY & PROTOTYPING
Your responsibility
You will be part of the Xer production team, building and refining our high-performance hybrid UAVs. Your focus will be on mechanical and electrical assembly, prototyping, and hands-on implementation of new designs, turning CAD concepts and technical drawings into real, flight-ready systems. Working closely with design engineers and the Head of Production, you will play a key role in ensuring that every aircraft meets the highest standards of precision, reliability, and quality.
INTERNSHIP – SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING
Your responsibility
You will collaborate closely with our engineering team on the systems development and testing for the Xer X8 UAS. In this role, you will get the opportunity to lead assigned projects related to the development of flight controls, flight guidance, or telemetry systems.
As part of your responsibilities, you will gain in-depth experience with the aircraft systems development cycle, from requirements analysis through conceptual design to system validation—whether on the test bench or during live aircraft flight tests.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to support the payload integration projects and development of advanced guidance functions for UAS flight control. This position offers a balanced mix of theoretical and hands-on activities, providing you with valuable experience in UAS systems and payload technology.
